Kartoon Studios announces annual shareholder meeting

Shareholders will vote on electing six directors under a newly adopted classified board structure with staggered terms.

Ballots also cover auditor ratification for the year ending Dec. 31, 2026, an advisory vote on executive pay.

Investors will also decide on increasing the 2020 Incentive Plan share pool by 4,000,000 shares, with adjournment authority if needed.
