Shares sink to all-time low after late-stage trial miss
Shares of Karyopharm Therapeutics KPTI.O fell 71.9% to an all-time low of $1.97.
The stock fell below its previous 52-week low of $3.65 set in August 2025.
The company said late on Thursday its drug selinexor as a maintenance therapy for advanced or recurrent endometrial cancer missed its main goal of significantly improving progression-free survival in a late-stage trial.
