Kazakhstan's September oil and gas condensate output falls 7% from August

Kazakhstan's oil and gas condensate production declined 7% in September from August because of maintenance at the Karachaganak field, an industry source said. Output fell to 7.65 million metric tons, or 1.92 million barrels per day.
2. Field output shifts
Karachaganak production fell to 42,000 barrels per day from 241,000 in August. The decline was partially offset by Tengiz, where output rose to 951,000 barrels per day from 882,000.
3. Year-to-date total
Kazakhstan produced 69.4 million tons of oil and gas condensate from January through September, down from 75.7 million tons in the same period last year.
