MOSCOW, July 31 (Reuters) - Tengizchevroil (TCO), the operator of the giant Tengiz oilfield in Kazakhstan, has resumed oil exports via the Georgian port of Batumi after a three-month hiatus, amid disruptions to the Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) operations, two sources told Reuters on Friday.
