Kazia Therapeutics launched a tranched registered public offering of ADSs or pre-funded warrants, paired with Series A and Series B warrants.
Each ADS represents 500 ordinary shares.
Series A warrants are priced at 115% of the offering price and expire 30 days after Stage IV TNBC data or five years.
Series B warrants are priced at 125% of the offering price and expire 30 days after HR+/HER2- data or five years.
Proceeds are earmarked for paxalisib development, including TNBC and HR+/HER2- breast cancer studies, working capital, and general corporate purposes.
