Aug. 27 (Reuters) - Kazia Therapeutics Ltd. reported a 100% clinical benefit rate in the initial six patients treated for advanced triple-negative breast cancer.
The company also reported an 83% objective response rate in the six patients.
Safety and biomarker findings
Kazia Therapeutics said all patients showed a median 83% reduction in CTC clusters and 51% in exhausted T cells.
No treatment-related serious adverse events were observed.
