Kazia Therapeutics will present two preclinical paxalisib studies at the San Antonio Breast Cancer Symposium, scheduled for Dec. 8-11, 2026. The research suggests paxalisib reprograms tumor and immune biology differently from other dual PI3K/mTOR inhibitors across breast cancer subtypes.
2. Recurrence research
A second study explores potential suppression of local recurrence and metastatic progression following neoadjuvant chemo-immunotherapy in stage III triple-negative breast cancer.
