KB Home launches Daly City townhomes from $1M and Vegas communities from $400K

KB Home opened two new Southwest Las Vegas communities with homes from the mid $400,000s and launched Daly City’s Point Martin townhomes starting mid $1M. 1. KB Home Opens Point Martin Townhomes in Daly City

KB Home has launched Point Martin, a new collection of three-story townhomes perched on a hilltop in Daly City, California. The community offers up to four bedrooms, four baths and select first-floor dens across floor plans ranging from approximately 1,900 to 2,500 square feet. Pricing starts in the mid $1 million range. For the tenth time, KB Home has been named to Fortune’s list of World’s Most Admired Companies. In an independent survey conducted by Korn Ferry, KB Home scored above industry benchmarks for innovation, financial soundness, use of corporate assets and social responsibility. The ranking evaluates roughly 1,500 firms across sectors using votes from senior executives, directors and analysts. 3. KB Home Debuts Landings and Reserves at Aven in Las Vegas

KB Home has unveiled two new communities—Landings and Reserves at Aven—situated in southwest Las Vegas. Landings features two-story homes up to five bedrooms and four baths on generous lots, while Reserves offers one- and two-story plans with up to five bedrooms and five baths. Both communities include planned walking trails around their perimeters and access to nearby Exploration Peak Park and Mountain’s Edge Regional Park. Homes start in the mid $400,000s and incorporate open-plan living areas, designer kitchens, energy- and water-efficient systems, and the option for ENERGY STAR® certification. The developments lie near Highway 160, Interstate 15 and Interstate 215, with quick routes to Town Square, Allegiant Stadium, Red Rock Canyon and Harry Reid International Airport.
