KB Home opens Sandstone master-planned community of 1,500-plus homes in North Las Vegas

KB Home opened the first phase of its Sandstone master-planned development in North Las Vegas, spanning nearly 300 acres.

• The project targets over 1,500 homes across four communities within the Villages at Tule Springs, with pricing from the $300,000s.
• Initial sales launched at the Landings and Reserves single-family communities; Meadows townhomes and Gardens single-family homes are under construction.
• The plan includes more than 12 acres of parks and trails, with a new trailhead providing access to Tule Springs Fossil Beds National Monument.
