KBR has been awarded a contract by Zallaf Exploration, Production and Refining to deliver project management, contract management and technical services for the South Refinery Project in Ubari, Southwest Libya.
2. Scope of Work and Timeline
Under the terms of the agreement, KBR will support all engineering, procurement and construction phases with comprehensive management services over a 50-month period, beginning with project mobilization and continuing through completion.

This contract extends KBR’s long-standing presence in Libya, where the company has executed landmark initiatives such as the Great Man-Made River Project and contributed to more than 160 global refining and downstream projects.
