KBR wins UK Ministry of Justice workplace services management contract
KBR won a Workplace Services Management contract from the UK Ministry of Justice under the Property Transformation Programme.
Scope expands to cover the full prison and probation estate, supporting facilities management oversight through 2030 and beyond.
Five-year term with two one-year extension options; mobilisation starts in Q3 2026; full service begins June 1, 2027.
Work includes deploying its VIAverse-enabled Estates Intelligence assurance platform for asset management insight, transparency, performance monitoring, predictive analytics.
