KE Holdings filed a next-day disclosure return to HKEX showing 559,518 shares repurchased for cancellation on July 13.

The buyback was executed on the New York Stock Exchange at USD 5.34 to USD 5.41 per share, with aggregate consideration of USD 3,000,004.96.
