KE Holdings grants 45,876 RSUs to independent directors under 2020 incentive plan

Clawback terms allow forfeiture of unvested RSUs on termination for cause, and the board may seek repayment on vested awards.

Class A shares closed at HK$46.68 on the grant date. 120,647,417 awards remain available for future grants.
RSU grant to independent directors
KE Holdings granted 45,876 restricted share units to independent directors under its 2020 Share Incentive Plan on Sept. 2, 2026.
The RSUs were split between Xiaohong Chen at 32,112 units and Hansong Zhu at 13,764 units. The purchase price was set at nil.
