Kearny Financial announces annual shareholder meeting

Kearny Financial will hold its annual shareholder meeting in a virtual format on Oct. 20, 2026.

• Shareholders will vote to elect four directors.
• Balloting will also cover ratification of Crowe as independent auditor for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2027.
• An advisory vote is scheduled on executive compensation.
