As of May 8, the company held $533M in liquidity and has secured zoning approvals at Panther Creek, Sharon and Moses Lake with grid interconnections established.

Keel Infrastructure has appointed Ganesh Aiyer as president, leveraging his tenure as acting Chief Business Officer at Digital Realty Trust and senior roles at Schneider Electric and Dell Technologies to spearhead its AI-focused infrastructure expansion.
2. 2.2GW AI Data-Center Pipeline
The company’s development pipeline encompasses 2.2 gigawatts of AI and high-performance computing capacity across North America, combining energized, secured and expansion-ready sites to meet growing customer demand.
3. Financial Position and Liquidity
As of May 8, Keel reported $533 million in total liquidity, consisting of $336 million in unrestricted cash and $197 million in unencumbered Bitcoin, underlining its ability to fund capital-intensive site development.
4. Zoning Approvals and Project Priorities
Keel has secured zoning approvals at its Panther Creek, Sharon and Moses Lake sites, with grid interconnections in place and land development and environmental permitting underway for priority 2026 projects.
