Kenvue Q3 sales slightly beat expectations on self care segment growth
KVUE•Kenvue fiscal third-quarter sales rose 3.2% to $3.89 billion, slightly above the $3.86 billion consensus estimate, while adjusted diluted EPS rose 4% to $0.29. Self Care segment sales increased 5.9%.
1. Quarterly results
Kenvue reported fiscal third-quarter sales of $3.89 billion, up 3.2% and slightly above analyst expectations of $3.86 billion. Adjusted diluted EPS rose 4% to $0.29; net income was $430 million and EPS was $0.22.
2. Segment and margins
The Self Care segment drove growth, with net sales up 5.9% on demand for smoking cessation and pain care products, innovation, and commercial execution. Kenvue attributed margin expansion to productivity gains, including supply chain optimization, U.S. tariff refunds and favorable value realization, partly offset by inflation and unfavorable transactional foreign exchange.
3. Outlook
Kenvue said it will not provide forward-looking guidance because of the pending Kimberly-Clark transaction. The company said its 2026 Restructuring Initiative and Vue Forward contributed to improved operating income margin, partly offset by increased brand support.
