Keros Therapeutics Appoints Anne Prener to Enhance TGF-β Pipeline Growth
KROS•Keros Therapeutics will appoint Anne Prener, M.D., Ph.D., to its board effective July 1, 2026, adding her clinical development and executive leadership expertise. Prener’s experience leading rare disease biotech firms and advising at University of Copenhagen will support Keros’ advancing TGF-β pipeline and strategic growth.
1. Board Appointment
Keros Therapeutics will add Anne Prener, M.D., Ph.D., to its Board of Directors beginning July 1, 2026, expanding its governance as it advances clinical candidates targeting TGF-β signaling disorders.
2. Leadership Experience and Pipeline Support
Prener brings executive leadership from Imbria Pharmaceuticals, Freeline Therapeutics and Gyroscope Therapeutics as well as advisory roles at University of Copenhagen, positioning her to guide Keros’ development of rinvatercept and elritercept.
