Takeda milestone payment tied to Phase 3 dosing

Keros Therapeutics will receive a $20 million development milestone payment from Takeda tied to elritercept’s Phase 3 ELRiSE MDS first-patient dosing.

The milestone falls under the January 16, 2025 global license covering development, manufacturing, commercialization outside mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau.

Keros expects to distribute 25% of the net cash proceeds from the payment to stockholders.
