Kestrel Group posted a net loss of USD 8.1 million, or USD 1.03 a share, in Q2 2026.
Total revenues rose to USD 6.7 million from a year earlier; general and administrative expenses climbed to USD 10.5 million.
Program Services fee revenue surged to USD 3.7 million, up 587.9% year over year; premium produced jumped to USD 109.6 million, up 479.8%.
Legacy Reinsurance logged an underwriting loss of USD 1.3 million, including USD 0.7 million of severance-related costs in Diversified.
CEO Luke Ledbetter cited sequential and year-over-year gains in Program Services metrics, pointing to a growing pipeline and efforts to boost operating leverage.
