Torres joins on November 3, 2026, as CEO of Keurig Dr Pepper’s Coffee Operating Unit, leading integration of KDP and JDE Peet’s coffee operations. He will report to KDP CEO Tim Cofer before the separation and is set to join the future company’s board afterward. Torres is currently president and COO of Kimberly-Clark, overseeing operations in more than 30 countries.
