Keurig Dr Pepper delivered first-quarter net sales of $3.98 billion, a 9.4% increase from a year earlier. Adjusted operating income reached $838 million, down 1.9%, while GAAP net income declined 47.8% to $270 million, reflecting margin tightening and acquisition charges.
2. Segment Performance
The U.S. Refreshment Beverages segment led growth, with net sales rising 11.9% to $2.6 billion, driven by a 7.2% volume and mix gain and 4.7% net price realization; segment operating income climbed 9.8% to $742 million. Conversely, U.S. Coffee net sales fell 2.3% to $857 million, and operating income dropped 21.3% to $199 million amid volume declines and higher costs.

The April 1 acquisition of JDE Peet's incurred transaction-related costs that weighed on earnings. The company reaffirmed full-year 2026 net sales guidance of $25.9 billion to $26.4 billion and projects low-double-digit constant-currency adjusted EPS growth, including 4–6% organic sales expansion plus JDE Peet's contributions.
