Keysight appoints Scott Reese to board of directors
KEYS•Reese background
Reese most recently led GE Vernova’s Electrification Software business as president and CEO, overseeing a turnaround of a $1.2 billion unit.
He previously spent nearly two decades at Autodesk, including as EVP for Product Development & Manufacturing Software during its cloud-first shift.
Board appointment and committee roles
Keysight appointed Scott Reese to its board, effective immediately.
- Reese will serve as a Class I director with a term expiring in 2027.
- He will join the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and the Audit and Finance Committee.
