- KIDZ AI entered an agreement to acquire a 2% minority stake in Huading Development (Cambodia), operator of Cambodia’s national cloud data center.
- The deal targets priority access to AI-ready capacity in Southeast Asia via a three-year right of first refusal for up to 1 MW.
- The agreement also grants a 30-day exclusive right of first offer on future capacity expansions at the Phnom Penh Tier III facility.
- The equity investment remains subject to due diligence, regulatory approvals, third-party consents, and other customary closing conditions.
