KIDZ AI signed a memorandum of understanding with Limestone Networks to colocate AI inference infrastructure at the DFW3 data center in Dallas.
The build-out targets a dedicated NVIDIA Blackwell B300 GPU cluster to support a 60-month, USD 44.6 million compute services contract with Canopy Wave.
The parties are assessing about 1.125 MW of capacity, with an initial 0.5-0.6 MW ramp as servers are installed and commissioned.
The terms remain non-binding pending final technical design, cost confirmation, capacity selection, and a definitive colocation agreement.
