KIDZ AI signed a non-binding MOU with Limestone Networks to colocate an inference-focused GPU cluster at Limestone’s DFW3 data center in Dallas.
The site plan targets a dedicated NVIDIA Blackwell B300 cluster to support a 60-month, USD 44.6 million GPU compute services agreement with Canopy Wave.
The parties are evaluating about 1.125 MW of capacity, with initial deployment expected at roughly 0.5-0.6 MW, ramping as servers are commissioned.
Work continues toward a definitive colocation agreement following final technical design and capacity selection.
