Kimball Electronics announces annual shareholder meeting
KE•Kimball Electronics will hold its annual shareholder meeting in Indianapolis on Nov. 13, 2026, with votes on three director nominees, a proposed company name change to Kimball Solutions, its fiscal 2027 auditor and executive pay.
1. Meeting agenda
Shareholders will vote to elect three directors to three-year terms, including chair nominee Robert J. Phillippy, and to amend the company’s articles to rename it Kimball Solutions. Other items include ratifying Deloitte & Touche as auditor for fiscal 2027 and an advisory vote on executive pay.
