Kimball Electronics launched a phased rebrand to Kimball Solutions, starting with its Jasper and Indianapolis sites effective July 1, 2026.
The shift signals a move beyond electronics manufacturing services toward a broader manufacturing and engineering solutions model.
Other facilities are slated to transition through 2026-2027, with the corporate entity change targeted for July 1, 2027, pending share owner approval.
China and Mexico are expected to rebrand in January 2027; Poland, Romania, and Thailand in July 2027.
No operational disruption is expected, and contracts, certifications, and quality systems will be updated during the transition.
