Kimbell Royalty Partners reaffirmed fourth-quarter 2026 net production guidance of 27,700-30,700 barrels of oil equivalent per day. The outlook assumes a 75% payout ratio, cash general and administrative expenses of $2.25-$2.45 per barrel of oil equivalent, and marketing and other expenses of $1.45-$2.25 per barrel.

Third-quarter production reached a record 27,565 barrels of oil equivalent daily, and consolidated adjusted EBITDA totaled $80.4 million.
