Kimberly-Clark announces planned executive transitions and post-closing leadership updates
KMB•Kimberly-Clark said Russ Torres will leave for an external CEO role and named Carlos De Jesus and Leonardo Curado to lead North America and EMEA, respectively, after its Kenvue acquisition. The deal remains on track to close in the fourth quarter of 2026.
1. Leadership changes
Kimberly-Clark said Russ Torres will depart for an external CEO role. After the Kenvue deal, Carlos De Jesus will be appointed president of North America and Leonardo Curado president of EMEA; Curado is currently Kenvue’s group president for Latin America and is to lead EMEA starting January 1, 2027.
2. Acquisition timing
Kimberly-Clark said its acquisition of Kenvue remains on track to close in the fourth quarter of 2026.
