Kimberly-Clark reaffirmed its 2026 standalone outlook for mid-single-digit adjusted operating profit growth and high-single-digit adjusted continuing-operations EPS growth at constant currency. It expects about $2 billion in adjusted free cash flow and said the Kenvue acquisition is expected to dilute 2027 EPS by no more than mid-single digits.
Kimberly-Clark reaffirmed its 2026 standalone guidance for mid-single-digit adjusted operating profit growth and high-single-digit adjusted continuing-operations EPS growth, both at constant currency. Adjusted EPS attributable to shareholders is still forecast to decline by low-single digits at constant currency, while adjusted free cash flow is expected to reach approximately $2 billion.
The company expects organic sales growth to trail projected category growth of approximately 1.7% by 100 basis points, primarily reflecting China's diaper disruption. Following the Kenvue acquisition, projected 2027 EPS dilution is capped at mid-single digits versus standalone 2026 earnings, before double-digit growth in 2028. Kimberly-Clark expects $1.9 billion in cost synergies within three years and $1.4 billion in revenue synergies within four years.
