Kiniksa Q2 FY26 net income rises 42.7% to $25.4 million; revenue climbs 55.4% to $243.6 million

Second-quarter results
Kiniksa reported second-quarter 2026 revenue of $243.6 million, up about 55% year over year.
Net income rose to $25.4 million, while operating expenses climbed to $216.4 million.
R&D expenses increased to $40.9 million and SG&A costs grew to $63.9 million.
Updated outlook and pipeline
Kiniksa raised its 2026 ARCALYST net product revenue outlook to $980 million-$995 million.
The company also said KPL-387 Phase 3 PASTORALE is enrolling and dosing patients.
