The deal includes a $1 million upfront payment, development and regulatory milestones, and royalties on future KIO-301 sales in South Korea.
Local development to coordinate with global Phase 3 trial
Chong Kun Dang will run local development and commercialization, coordinating with Théa and Senju on a single global Phase 3 trial.
