Kioxia Holdings Corp said it strongly disagrees with Viasat’s claims and with the verdict in this case that certain Kioxia products infringe the single patent claim that Viasat presented to the jury.
The company said it will continue to pursue all legal avenues available, including post-verdict motions and, if necessary, appeal.
