Operating income fell 7% to $122.4 million; EBITDA edged down 1% to $199.7 million.

Segment performance and outlook

Marine transportation revenue rose 9% on strengthened market fundamentals, strong customer demand, and healthy utilization.

Distribution and services revenue increased 6% on power generation growth and strong commercial and industrial activity; EPS outlook skewed to the upper end of the 5%-15% range.
