Kite Realty Group named Cooper Clark vice president of capital markets and investor relations.
Clark spent seven years as a sell-side REIT analyst, most recently vice president and lead retail and lodging REIT analyst at Wells Fargo Securities.
He will lead investor engagement, support capital allocation decisions, strategic investments, and long-term value creation initiatives.
