KKR to acquire Medicover India hospital operations
Funds managed by KKR agreed to acquire Medicover India, the Indian hospital operations of Medicover AB.
Medicover India, founded in 2017, operates 24 multi-specialty hospitals with about 4,800 beds across South and West India.
The network spans more than 80 clinical specialties, supported by over 1,900 doctors, serving millions of patients annually.
KKR plans to back expansion in talent, technology, infrastructure, and clinical capabilities while strengthening clinical governance and operating standards.
