KKR•KKR agreed to acquire Gen II Fund Services from Hg, General Atlantic and minority investors for more than $5 billion, with closing targeted for the first half of 2027.

The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals and other customary conditions. Gen II provides private capital fund administration to more than 275 managers representing over $2 trillion in assets.
