KKR leads financing for Ampol refinancing initiatives
KKR led a A$400 million financing solution for Ampol, anchored by its private credit and insurance platforms.
Proceeds to support Ampol’s refinancing initiatives, funding needs for general corporate purposes under its capital allocation framework.
Ampol is an ASX-listed integrated fuel supplier and marketer with the Lytton refinery in Queensland, terminals, pipelines, and about 1,700 convenience sites.
The group also operates about 500 retail sites in New Zealand, with trading and shipping operations based in Singapore and the U.S.
