KKR Real Estate Finance Trust Q2 FY26 net loss widens to $121.8 million; distributable loss deepens to $36.4 million

KKR Real Estate Finance Trust posted a net loss attributable to common stockholders of $121.8 million, or $1.95 a share, versus $61.9 million, or $0.96, in Q1.
Distributable loss widened to $36.4 million, or $0.58 a share, from $4.1 million, or $0.06, in the prior quarter.
Liquidity and portfolio activity
Liquidity totaled $721.6 million at quarter-end, including $83.1 million of cash and $350 million of undrawn revolver capacity.
Originations totaled $348.6 million across three floating-rate senior loans, while loan repayments reached $806.6 million, including $784.2 million in five full payoffs.
Strategic review and repayment outlook
The board launched a strategic review of alternatives, while management cited over $700 million of liquidity and more than of expected repayments this year.
