KKR Real Estate Select Trust outlined a private real estate strategy targeting current income through direct properties, debt interests and limited traded securities. The non-diversified closed-end REIT targets at least 80% of net assets, plus borrowings, in real estate-related holdings, and expects monthly distributions; payouts from May 20, 2026, are discretionary at an annualized 5.5% based on monthly NAV.
2. Shareholder support plan
The Shareholder Priority Plan targets a $27.00 NAV per share on June 1, 2027, using about 7,700,000 Class I support shares. KAA expects to contribute about 1,900,000 support shares in installments starting September 16, 2026; the shares would be canceled.
