Klépierre priced a EUR 500 million issue of 3.875% Green Notes due Sept. 1, 2034 under its EUR 7 billion EMTN program.
The notes are to be issued at 98.984, implying a 4.03% yield at the issue date.
Net proceeds are estimated at EUR 493.92 million and are earmarked to finance or refinance eligible assets under its Green Financing Framework.
The notes are expected to be admitted to trading on Euronext Paris from Sept. 1, 2026.
