Knightscope receives Nasdaq notice for failing minimum bid price requirement
KSCP•Knightscope received a Nasdaq deficiency notice after its Class A Common Stock traded below $1 for 30 consecutive business days. It has until May 3, 2027, to regain compliance by maintaining a closing bid of at least $1 for 10 consecutive business days.
1. Compliance deadline
Knightscope received the notice on November 4, 2026, and has 180 calendar days, until May 3, 2027, to meet Nasdaq’s minimum bid price requirement. The notice has no immediate effect on its listing; the stock continues to trade on the Nasdaq Capital Market under KSCP. If Knightscope does not regain compliance, it risks delisting. An additional 180-day period may be available if it meets eligibility requirements, and could require a reverse stock split.
