KNOT Offshore Partners Q2 FY26 net income rises 29.84% to USD 3.4 million; revenue increases 5.18% to USD 96.8 million

KNOT Offshore Partners posted Q2 net income of $3.4 million, up 29.8% from Q1, on revenue of $96.8 million, up 5.2%.
Operating income rose 5.9% from Q1 to $15.6 million as general and administrative expenses fell to $1.7 million.
Non-GAAP adjusted EBITDA increased 11.6% from Q1 to $57.6 million; available liquidity totaled $143.3 million at June 30.
Fleet utilization, distribution, and contract coverage
Fleet utilization was 96.8% for scheduled operations, or 92.4% including the Fortaleza Knutsen drydocking; quarterly distribution held at $0.075 per unit.
Management said it is fully contracted for the second half of 2026, with 97% coverage for first-half 2027 and 87% for second-half 2027.
