Kodiak AI taps AWS as primary cloud provider for autonomous trucking development
KDK•Kodiak AI selected Amazon Web Services as its primary cloud provider to support autonomous trucking development, including AI model training, safety simulations and operations software, ahead of a planned driverless launch on Texas public highways later in 2026.
1. Cloud partnership
AWS will provide scalable computing and data storage for Kodiak AI’s autonomous trucking technology, including its BreakPoint safety validation tool, which is designed to identify rare collision-risk scenarios in simulation. Kodiak expects the platform to support a planned driverless trucking launch on Texas public highways later in 2026 and to help scale operations across the U.S. over time.
