Kodiak Gas Services signed a six-year deal to supply 76 MW of behind-the-meter baseload power to a West Texas data center.
The agreement includes balance of plant. Kodiak plans to deploy about 40 natural gas reciprocating generation units.
Deployment is expected to start in Q4 2026, scaling into Q1 2027. Revenue recognition is slated to begin in Q1 2027.
The data center operator is contracted with an investment-grade-rated hyperscaler. A GPU designer will guarantee the data center lease.
