Kodiak Sciences Q2 FY26 net loss widens to $65.64 million

R&D expense climbed 31% year over year to $56.1 million, on higher PEAK/PINNACLE clinical activity and Phase 3 manufacturing.
Cash position and clinical milestones
Cash and cash equivalents fell to $125.9 million at quarter-end; operations are expected to be funded into 2027.
Phase 3 DAYBREAK topline results for Zenkuda and KSI-501 in treatment-naïve wet AMD are expected in September 2026.
Phase 3 PEAK Pivotal Analysis 1 topline results for KSI-101 in MESI are expected in December 2026; Phase 3 ALTO in DME has begun enrolling.
