Kohl’s names Wendy Arlin board chair as John Schlifske retires

- Kohl’s elected Wendy Arlin as board chair, effective immediately, replacing John Schlifske, who retired from the board for personal reasons.
- Arlin joined the board in December 2023; she has chaired the finance committee, serves on the audit committee, formerly CFO of Bath & Body Works.
- Niren Chaudhary, former Panera Brands CEO and chair, joined the board as an independent director; he will serve on the audit committee.
- Chaudhary’s term runs through the 2027 annual shareholders’ meeting; he is expected to stand for election by shareholders.
