Kontoor Brands adds former COO Tom Waldron to board

Kontoor Brands elected former COO Tom Waldron to its board, effective immediately.

The board size increased to seven directors from six.

Waldron previously led Wrangler and Lee globally as EVP and COO, overseeing supply chain and product development. He earlier served as EVP, co-COO, global brand president of Wrangler, following roles at VF Corp.

Waldron also sits on The LYCRA Company’s board.
