Kontoor Brands adds former PepsiCo CFO Jamie Caulfield to board
KTB•Kontoor Brands expands board and adds two directors
Kontoor Brands expanded its board to nine directors from seven.
Jamie Caulfield, former PepsiCo executive vice president and CFO, joined the board effective immediately. Caulfield will serve on the audit committee, also joining the nominating and governance committee.
Michael Skipworth, Wingstop president and CEO, was elected as a new director effective immediately. Skipworth will sit on the audit committee, also joining the talent and compensation committee.
