Kontoor Brands agrees to sell Lee business to Authentic Brands affiliate ABG-Storm LLC

Kontoor Brands entered a deal on May 20, 2026 to sell its Lee business to ABG-Storm LLC, an affiliate of Authentic Brands Group.
The transaction is structured as a sale of all outstanding shares of The H.D. Lee Company to the buyer.
Lee was presented separately from the rest of the business beginning in the first quarter of fiscal 2026.
